Who you are contracting with
This website and its services are provided by Bryant Music Service LLC, trading as SheDrivesSheRides. By purchasing or using our services you are entering into an agreement with Bryant Music Service LLC.
Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be of legal age to enter a contract, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Our services
We offer online CDL written-test practice exams (General Knowledge, Air Brakes, Passenger, HazMat, Tanker), a bundle of all five, and one-on-one coaching sessions in person or by video. Practice materials are for study only; they are not official DMV tests and do not guarantee a passing result. Always check your state's current CDL manual.
Licence and access
Each exam purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that exam. Access is one-time and permanent unless the purchase is refunded or charged back. Keep your access codes and account login confidential; you are responsible for activity under them, and you should keep your account information accurate.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including: using it for unlawful purposes; fraud or spam; copying, reselling, or sharing our questions or materials; infringing anyone's intellectual property; reverse engineering or circumventing access limits; or interfering with security (uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping).
Intellectual property
Bryant Music Service LLC owns the website, practice questions, explanations, software, documentation, and the SheDrivesSheRides name and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. All purchases are one-time payments; there are no subscriptions.
Coaching
Coaching sessions are $100 for two hours. A $50 deposit is paid online to reserve your session, and the remaining $50 is due once your session time is confirmed. DMV accompaniment in Charleston or Columbia, SC is subject to availability. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided "as is", and we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, data, or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, and disputes will be handled by its courts.
