Who we are

This website and its services are operated by Bryant Music Service LLC, trading as SheDrivesSheRides ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice, meaning we decide how and why it is processed.

Data we collect and why

• Account data (email, login credentials): to create and secure your account — legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Purchase and access records (products bought, access codes, order references): to deliver and maintain your access and handle refunds — contract and legal obligation (tax and financial records).
• Practice results: to show your progress — contract.
• Enquiry and coaching details (name, email, phone, messages, preferred session details): to respond to you and arrange coaching — contract or legitimate interests.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, basic usage logs): to keep the service secure, prevent fraud, and fix problems — legitimate interests.

Who we share data with

• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes orders, payments, subscriptions management, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds. Paddle handles your card details; we never store them.
• Service providers that host our website, database, and email delivery, acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities, where required by law.

Retention

Account data and practice results are kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after you delete your account. Purchase and transaction records are kept for up to 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Enquiry and coaching messages are kept for up to 2 years. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed access codes and passwords, access controls that limit who can view records, and reputable hosting providers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Signed-in customers can change their email or delete their account from the Account page. For other requests, contact us and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your access codes. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear these through your browser settings, though some features may stop working.
